Seldia’s governance structure comprises a General Assembly and a Board of Directors, receiving assistance from the European CEO’s Council, the Secretariat, and three specialised committees:
The Governmental Affairs Committee, the Communication and Reputation Committee (COM-REP), and the Ethics Committee.
