Launched in January 2025, AmGive ESAN empowers Amway employees and Business Owners to champion the community causes closest to their hearts. Its inaugural edition received over 50 applications resulting in 17 NGOs chosen to receive a one-time grant in financial support.

The AmGive ESAN Grant Program was designed to empower the causes Amway employees and Business Owners care about most. Since its launch in January 2025, the initiative has seen an overwhelming response, receiving over 50 applications from 15 countries across the ESAN region.

Following a thorough review by the selection committee, 17 NGOs have been chosen to receive one-time grants totaling 47,000 Euros. These projects are a powerful testament to Amway's collective commitment to community and the power of giving back.

To build on this powerful momentum and coincide with the 2026 application cycle, Amway launched “AmGive Stories”, a new video series dedicated to the inspiring work of previous awardees.

The first episode introduces the "Little Dragons Pre‑School" project, a small, friendly village pre-school where children aged between two and four years are encouraged to develop, thrive and learn in a nurturing, supportive and fun environment.

The second episode of AmGive Stories features the inspiring work of “Starfish Projects”. This non-profit organization is dedicated to protecting vulnerable infants by providing essential care, comprehensive family support, and the promise of a brighter future.

Episode three of AmGive Stories celebrates the power of laughter with “Dottor Clown Rimini”, a volunteer-led initiative that brings clown therapy to local pediatric units, proving that empathy is just as important as any prescription.

The fourth episode of AmGive Stories goes behind the scenes with “The Natashas Project”, a professional contemporary dance and physical theatre company that uses movement and creativity to confront human trafficking and modern slavery.

Each of these stories reflect how AmGive ESAN is empowering communities and amplifying the causes our employees and Business Owners are most passionate about.
