
Amway celebrates 50 years in Germany: a driving force for health, wellbeing and entrepreneurship
In September 2025, Amway celebrated 50 years of presence in Germany, a milestone that reflects half a century of innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to improving people’s wellbeing. Since 1975, the company has played an active role in the development of the direct selling sector, supporting thousands of Amway Business Owners in building and growing their own businesses. Over the years, Germany has also become a strategic hub for the ESAN region, which includes 34 markets across Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
At the heart of this journey lies a continuous investment in scientific research and collaborations with leading academic institutions, including the Technical University of Munich, helping advance knowledge and innovation in the fields of health and wellbeing.
At the same time, Amway continues to strengthen its connection with local communities through social responsibility initiatives and projects developed together with local partners, such as in Puchheim, the town near Munich where the company’s headquarters are located, supporting programs aimed at helping people live better lives.

The 50th anniversary therefore represents not only a celebration of past achievements, but also an opportunity to look ahead and continue fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and positive impact in society.
