Coral Club Opens New European Distribution and Logistics Centre in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany

Global wellness company consolidates its German operations into a purpose-built, €6-million hub as it strengthens its Central European distribution network.

Coral Club, a global wellness company founded in Toronto, Canada, in 1998, is building a new distribution and logistics centre in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany, that will bring together its German market operations under one roof. Construction, led by general contractor Goldbeck, began in September 2025, and the facility is scheduled for handover in June 2026.

The new campus, located on Lise-Meitner-Straße in the Markendorf-Siedlung business park, occupies a roughly 13,000-square-metre plot and comprises a 3,600-square-metre logistics hall together with a two-storey, 620-square-metre office building. The company is investing approximately six million euros in the project. Up to 85 people are expected to work at the site, including up to 35 office staff handling customer service, order processing and supplier coordination, alongside warehouse personnel managing storage, sorting, repackaging and shipment of products. The roles add to a broader wave of hiring in the business park, where several companies - including electronics, timber and industrial-services firms - have opened or expanded facilities in recent years.

The move consolidates operations previously split between Coral Club's existing German site in Frankenberg, Hesse, and a logistics location in Warsaw, Poland. Frankfurt (Oder)'s position on the German-Polish border was a key factor in the site selection, offering strong road connectivity and proximity to Central and Eastern European markets. From the new hub, products will continue to reach customers in more than 80 countries worldwide via logistics partners DHL and FedEx.

“This investment reflects how seriously we take our commitment to the German and European market,” said George Hirshhorn, Head of the Western Division at Coral Club Europe. “A facility of this scale gives us the infrastructure and the location we need to keep growing in the region - faster order fulfilment, more consistent stock availability, and a base close to Poland and our neighbouring markets that can support Coral Club's expansion for years to come.”

An adjacent plot next to the new facility offers room for further growth, and the company is evaluating further development options for the site.

The project has been supported from the outset by the City of Frankfurt (Oder) and the Investor Center Ostbrandenburg (ICOB), the region's economic development agency. Claus Junghanns, Mayor of Frankfurt (Oder), described it as “one of the larger projects to emerge here in recent years,” noting that interest from prospective occupiers in the surrounding, still-undeveloped plots has grown as a result. He added that the wider area, largely open land only five years ago, is developing quickly, with little undeveloped land expected to remain within the next few years. Coral Club has also engaged numerous regional contractors as subcontractors on the build, including firms specialising in interior finishing, electrical installation and infrastructure works.
